Reporting; Queries now clean results to remove deleted rows from Data Table

The following Queries now 'clean' their results, e.g., convert primary keys with a value of zero to 'Null' and remove any 'Deleted' rows (these rows will have been marked as deleted during post-processing of the query, i.e., removed due to filters that could not be performed directly in the SQL Select Query):
