Report Templates; Tooltip added to 'Additional Fields' textbox

The following Queries (and therefore all reports that utilise them) now have an updated tooltip on their 'SqlFields' parameter. The tooltip now details the tables that are always included in the Query, e.g., the Account List will always include the Account table and the Client table:

• Account List
• Client List
• Accounting Ledger List
• Disbursement Transaction List
• Security Statement List
• Workflow List

This is shown as a tooltip on the 'Additional Fields' textbox on the Query page of the Report Templates form.
