New Task alerts; may fail with a "URI string too long" unhandled exception

If either the "Show Alerts" when database is opened or "Show Alerts" periodically is checked under User Preferences, Tasks and Workflows, General page is checked - and there are thousands of tasks outstanding then a unhandled exception may occur with the message "URI string too long".

finPOWER Connect has been changed to only show the first 20 tasks in the alert popup - rather than a list of all tasks which could number thousands.

Note, in addition the popup caption now just displays "The following tasks are due:", ie without noting the number of tasks.
