Task Manager, Account History tab; added option to omit "Audit" logs

There is a new option for the Account History tab of the Task Manager form to omit "Audit" logs.

The underlying script that generates the HTML summary now includes a constant named "ShowAuditLogs" to include or exclude logs with a source of "Audit".

The built-in script "SummaryPage_TaskManagerWorkflows_WorkflowHistory" has been updated to version 1.02 (5/12/2012).
