Account Refinance; Description now updates if the old Account had an auto generated description

If the description of the Account to be refinanced is the default description then this was not being updated if the Account Type was changed on the Refinanced Account.

If the description of the Account to be refinanced matches the default description automatically created for this Account then the description for the new account will be updated and created according to the Account Type of the new Account.
