Smart tags should not be entered in this field.

The data entered in this field is the value that will be used when the smart tag [ATCode] is resolved.

When [ATCode] is used as a smart tag in a Bank Account Payment Method's default Reference, it will resolve to the data entered in the Bank Reference Code field on the Account type form, payments page.
