HTML Viewer form now decides a file extension of XML when saving

Clicking the Save button on an HTML viewer form (e.g., viewing the request of a Credit Enquiry) will now default the file extension to XML if the content looks to be XML, e.g., it has an XML opening tag or looks to be a SOAP request.
