Task Manager; may fail with 'An unhandled exception has occurred' error

The Task Manager may fail with 'An unhandled exception has occurred' error after changing the Monitor Category of an Account in a 'Monitored Accounts' type folder.

This only occurs if the folder contains a single item and does not happen consistently.
