Credit Bureau Add-On; Global Settings & User Preferences, Credit Bureau labels and form headings are inconsistent

Global Settings and User Preferences have been updated to display the full credit bureau names in the form headings and in labels.

The full credit bureau names are also displayed on the Credit Enquiry wizard, Service page, next to the Service Id.
