Account Type Overdue Rules; Rule not working if checking both Monitored and Not Monitored status

An Account Type rule that checked whether an Account was both Monitored and Not Monitored did not pass if the Account was not monitored.

The following conditions would cause the Rule not to pass:

• Check 'Overdue' Monitor Category? (checked)
• Not Monitored? (checked)
• Currently Monitored? (checked)
• Categories: O14

For an unmonitored Account, the "Not Monitored" rule would pass but then the "Currently Monitored" rule would fail since the Account's Monitor Category did not exist in the range "O14".
