Account Restructure wizard; Updating the overdue does not update the '+/-' field

Updating the Overdue on the Balance Allocations page of the Account Restructure wizard does not update the corresponding '+/-' field.

This may lead to the message 'Allocations do not match Balance.' warning being shown and the User being unable to continue.

All other fields on this page work correctly, including setting the value of the Overdue '+/-' field.
