Reports, Account List; Exporting all columns; Updated and Created dates are nothing

When exporting all columns in the Account List, the following fields where not being populated: *CreatedDate (displayed '01/01/0001 01:00') *CreatedUtcDate *UpdatedDate *UpdatedUtcDate (displayed '01/01/0001 01:00)
