Reports, Account Control Report; Statistics added for Accounts Opened and Accounts Closed during each Period

Two new options to print Account Statistics have been added to the Account Control Report. These new statistics will be printed after the Closing Balance.

1. 'Show New Account Statistics' option has been added.
• This will display the number of Accounts that have been opened in the period, grouped by creation method.
2. 'Show Closed Account Statistics' option has been added.
• This will display the number of Accounts that have been closed in the period, grouped by close method.
3. 'Include Bank Account Suspense Items' option.
• This has been moved to the 'Other Options' section on the form and renamed 'Show Bank Account Suspense Items'.
4. Bank Suspense Item sub report.
• The heading has been changed to 'Bank Suspense Items Summary'.
• If licensed for the Entity Add-On then the Entity will be printed above the Bank Account heading.
