Client Form, Contacts page; Display linked Client details

If a Client Contact Method is linked to another Client, the summary script will display more detail about the linked Client.

The Linked Client Id is now displayed with the Name of the Linked Client.

A Linked Client Summary and an Address block have been added to the summary script.

The following inbuilt script has been updated:
