Payment Arrangement; if an existing payment is due on the same day as a new one, the new Direct Debit is not processed
After completing a Payment Arrangement, if an existing payment due transaction is dated the same day as a new payment due - the new due amount is added into the existing transaction.
This means that the Direct Debit for the payment due is not added and therefore processed.
To recreate:
1. Add an Account with a payment due today and is paid via Direct Debit.
2. Run Account Processes for the Account to today.
3. Complete a Payment Arrangement, clear overdue and set the next payment due as today.
