GL Interface; new "Universal" file format added

A new GL export type of "Universal" has been added. This creates a simple XML file.

The XML file created includes all GL transaction information, plus SourceAccountId, SourceAccountTypeId and SourceElementId (where relevant).

In addition, after creating the XML file, the Script event "ExportClose" is run. This allows additional post processing of the file created to occur.
