Credit Enquiry; Veda Australia; Report error when judgements included in Veda response

The following error message was displayed when viewing the Credit Enquiry Report from either the Credit Enquiry form or a saved Log form.

Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.

This error happened if Judgements where included in the Veda response.
