Account, Payments page; summary page script now includes length constant for Banking Reference Number

On the Accounts form, Payments page, the summary page script now includes a length constant for the Banking Reference Number.

This allows Reference Numbers to be left padded with zeros. Note, to work the length must be either zero (no padding) or at least as long as the longest Reference Number.

The built-in script "SummaryPage_Account_Payments" has been updated to version 1.12 (13/11/2012).
