External Party Employees can now be added as Users via a button on the respective forms

The External Parties form, Personnel page now has a button to add the employee as a finPOWER Connect User if:

• Licensed for the External Users Add-On.
• You are logged in as an Administrator User.
• Only when viewing the record, not adding or editing.

The same button appears under the Personnel grid on the External Party Organiser form and a hyperlink in the summary page also allows the same functionality.
