Standard Transactions; "Percent of Credit Limit" basis does not use the updated Credit Limit

The Standard Transaction basis "Percent of Credit Limit" always uses the original Credit Limit defined on the Account.

If the Credit Limit has been updated, the updated Credit Limit should be used for Standard Transactions dated on or after the change.
