Accounts, Financial Page; updated "Term & Payments" and "Remaining Payments" blocks

On the Account form, Financial Page, the following changes have been made:

1. Under "Term & Payments" the heading "Payments" now may state "Original Payments" or "Restructured Payments" to make it clearer these are not necessarily the current payment details.

2. Under "Remaining Payments", if there is a Balloon Payment still to be paid this is shown. Both Date/ Value and a warning note are shown.

The built-in script "SummaryPage_Account_Financial" has been updated to version: 1.13 (26/10/2012).
