QIF Bank Import; matches oldest Bank Transaction instead of latest

The QIF Bank Import matches the oldest Bank Transaction instead of latest Bank Transaction where multiple Bank Transactions exist for the same match.

Note, this means you might get unpredictable results, eg matching the wrong Account, where split over multiple Accounts not setting the transaction values.
