Account Payment Arrangements; overriding payments may incorrectly be shown as "used"

When entering overriding payments, eg promises, in the Account Payment Arrangement wizard they may be incorrectly shown as "used", ie not struck through.

This occurs if a promise, for example, falls on the final payment date. In this case the next promise will be shown as used - and written as an overriding payment on the Payment Arrangement.
