Account Schedule form; Preview does not display for selected row

If the Account Schedule form has been configured to display a preview of the current row, this preview does not appear (if shows a blank page) when the form is first opened from the following locations:

• Account Quotation wizard, Financial page, Schedule button
• New Account wizard, Financial page, Schedule button
