Bank Entry; Moving items to suspense fails with 'No record was deleted. This record may have been deleted or edited by another User.'

Moving items to suspense may fail with the following error:

Failed to move unallocated items to Suspense.

No record was deleted. This record may have been deleted or edited by another User.

This issue occurs if you add one or more items to a batch but do not give them a value. These items will not be saved but when moving to Suspense, an attempt was still made to move theses items even though they do not exist on the saved Batch.
