Bank Imports; Will no longer write a Bank Match if reference is blank

Some bank imports were writing a bank match that was not unique.

  1. Where the bank match is the Import Service name followed by the imported transaction reference then the bank match should not be written if the reference is a blank string or equals zero.

e.g.; BAI|0 The following bank import services have been updated: *ISBankImporterBAI *ISBankImporterBAI2 *ISBankImporterFDxTPBatch_AU *ISBankImporterWBCRECall_AU

  1. Some bank imports write a bank match that uses the OriginRecordReference (AccountId). A bank match should not be written for this as if the Account Id is not found then the transaction will not be imported.
