Bank Imports; Assigning Elements to unmatched transactions

When importing bank transactions, the transactions that were matched to an Account had the Import Rule's overriding element assigned to it. If the Transaction was not matched to an Account, this transaction had the default element assigned to it. This has been changed so that all transactions imported from the Import Rule will have the overriding element assigned to them.

1. If there are no import rules defined on the Import Service then the imported transaction's element will be taken from the Import Service Transaction Type.
2. If there are import rules:
• If the import rule defines an overriding element then the imported transactions (matched and unmatched) will use this element.
• If there is no element defined on the import rule then the imported transactions (matched and unmatched) will have the default element taken from the Import Service Transaction Type.
