Export Information; Exports to the incorrect location if no path specified

The Information Export wizard exported to the Document Folder rather than the Export Data folder and the Information Import wizard also default the wrong folder.

The following changes have been made to the Export process:

• Browsing for a File Name now defaults to the Export Data location defined under User Preferences
• Exporting the file assumes the Export Data location if no path is specified

• Browsing for a File Name now defaults to the Export Data location defined under User Preferences
