Export Bank Transactions; Fails if path is specified as part of the File Name
Exporting Bank Transactions fails if a file path is specified with the File Name.
The following changes have been made:
- Browsing for a File Name now defaults to the Export Data location defined under User Preferences
- Exporting the file assumes the Export Data location if no path is specified
