Bank Accounts, Export Services; Error message not displaying invalid Merchant Id

If an export service was set up with an invalid Merchant Id then when the Bank Transactions were Exported, two of the export services where not displaying the invalid Merchant Id in the error message.
E.g.;

ERROR MESSAGE
=============
Failed to validate ANZ eGate Export.

Invalid Merchant Id ''. Merchant Id must be a maximum of 16 characters long.


The error message will now display the invalid Merchant Id.
E.g.;

ERROR MESSAGE
=============
Failed to validate ANZ eGate Export.

Invalid Merchant Id '1111223344556677889988'. Merchant Id must be a maximum of 16 characters long.


This applied to the following Export Services:

ANZ eGate Australia
If you enter a Merchant Id longer than 16 characters in length the error message is displayed.

CBABPOINT Australia
If you enter a Merchant Id not equal to 16 characters in length the error message is displayed.
