Workflows; Warning now displayed to indicate that a Document set to 'Publish Immediately' will not be published since the Document has a default Publish Status of 'Open'

Document type Workflow Type items can be set to 'Publish Immediately'. If however the Document itself has a default 'Publish Status' of 'Open' rather than 'To Send', the Document will never be published immediately.

The Workflow Type Item will now display the following warning (although this will not prevent a Workflow Item from being actioned):

Document 'ABC' does not have a default Publish Status of 'To Send' and will therefore never be published immediately.
