Payment Arrangement Wizard, fails with error when Payment Cycle is limit to list on Account Type

The Payment Arrangement wizard fails with an error when the Payment Cycle is limited to list on the Account Type and the Account's Payment Cycle is Monthly.

Note, this occurs because the cycle includes the day of month, but is not a valid item in the list that payment cycles are limited to.

The error is "An unhandled exception has occurred. The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime.".
