Process, Run Account Processes; New option to run a number of days in advance
A new setting has been added to allow Account Processes to be run a number of days in advance for Payments Due and Standard Transactions. This has been added to allow Direct Debits to be processed a number of days in advance to ensure that the file is uploaded to the bank by the correct date as the bank sometimes has upload issues.
- A new setting has been added to Global Settings, Accounts, General Page.
- Allow Payment Due and Standard Transactions to be run ? days in advance.
- This allows the Account Processes for Payment Dues and Standard transactions to be run in advance (up to a maximum of 30 days).
- This new setting is only available if the 'Allow Account Processes to be future dated' is unticked.
- If the 'Allow Account Processes to be future dated' is unticked then the following dates cannot be greater than yesterday:
- Interest and Fee Transactions
- Statements
- Overdue Rules
