Task Manager; Monitor Categories can not be edited for Account-based Workflows

The Task Manager now displays buttons to edit an Account-based Workflow's Monitor Categories (as per the Monitored Account folders).

NOTE: These buttons are only enabled when a single Workflow is selected since you cannot update the Monitor Category for multiple Accounts in one go.
