Bank Accounts, Import Services, Import Rules; New option to reverse the value imported

A new option 'Reverse Value' has been added to the Import Rules for Bank Account Import Services.

An example of where this may be used:

• In the BAI and BAI2 Australian Bank Import the value is always positive and the custom Transaction Code defines whether it is a debit or credit.
