Document Manager Files grid now has a button to open Document Manager folder

The Files grid on the following forms now has a button to open the Document Manager folder. If this folder does not exist, it will be created:
* Accounts
* Clients
* Security Statements
* Security Statement Items
* Task Manager (User Files tab)

For this button to appear, the User must have either the relevant Add or Open permissions, e.g.:
* Account.Files.Add
* Client.Files.Open
