User Preferences; Web Service Test Mode settings, default value is False

When initialising the Australian PPSR B2G password for the first time, the target environment was the PPSR B2G Discovery (Test) system. This was because the PPSR B2G Test Mode setting was set to True.

1. User Preferences. When adding a new user, the following default settings where set to True. The default value for these settings is now False.
• PPSR B2G Test Mode (Australia)
• PPSR G2B Test Mode (New Zealand)
• Credit Bureau Test Mode
2. Global Settings, Securities PPSR B2G (Australia).
• When using the Initialise, Restore, Copy or Renew functionality a message will be displayed specifying whether the target environment is the PPSR B2G Production system or the PPSR B2G Discovery (Test) system.
