Scripts; Test building 'Function Library' type Script now includes Reports and User Interface References

Performing a Test Build on a 'Function Library' type Script now includes both User Interface and Report references since the function library may require these depending on where it is being used.

Prior to this, performing a Test Build may have produced an error such as the following:
