Debug form attempts to load the incorrect stylesheet for 'Information' page

Viewing the Debug, Information tab with a database open does not load the correct HTML stylesheet.

The form was attempting to load a stylesheet named general.css from the template folder but this stylesheet was renamed to general_1.00.css in version 1.02.00.
