Bank Suspense Items; the Other Party Bank Account is not shown in Imported Details for imported Bank Transactions

If a Bank Import includes the Other Party's Bank Account it should be shown in the Imported Details summary block of the Bank Suspense items wizard - it wasn't.

In addition the "Transaction Code:" caption in Bank Entry and Bank Suspense Items has been abbreviated to "Trans Code:" so it doesn't split the row over 2 lines.

The inbuilt script 'SummaryPage_BatchBank_TransactionSummary' has been updated to version: 1.01 (18/09/2012).
