Transaction Allocation wizard; "paste" buttons added to move allocations

In the Transaction Allocation wizard "paste" buttons have been added to each of the new allocation values - to move allocations.

For example, change the Allocation method to "Manual", then click the Interest's paste button to move all the allocation to Interest.
