Account; updated Transaction Summary script

The Transaction summary page has been updated as follows:

1. Now respects the Account Type's "Show Overdue" and "Show Contractual Overdue" settings and no longer includes allocations where relevant.

2. Allocation breakdown block now shows a Balance columns - like the Schedule summary page.

The built-in script "SummaryPage_AccountTransactions_TransactionSummary" has been updated to version 1.06 (10/09/2012).
