Document Manager; Creating a Log and automatically copying file fails if folder does not exist

Adding a new Log, e.g., an Account Log and attaching it to a Document by entering the File Name (not browsing and locating) on the Document Page of the Log form, fails to copy the file upon saving the Log if the Document Manager folder does not exist. The following error is given:

Failed to copy file 'XXXX' to 'YYYY'.
Could not find a part of the path 'YYYY'.

This automatic copying behaviour is used in the following places:

  • Account Log form
  • Client Log form
  • Security Statement Log form
  • Security Statement Item Log form
  • User Log form
  • Actioning a Workflow Item and attaching a file
    • Clicking the 'Browser' button on this form did not create the Document Manager folder if necessary. This has been fixed
