Securities Register PPSR Add-On; Update wizard, filter added for New Registrations

A new option has been added to the PPSR Update wizard to allow filtering of Security Statements that have a Status of 'New' and a Register Action of 'Register' but are linked to a quote.

'Include Security Statements linked to a quote?'

This option indicates whether to include Security Statements that have a Status of 'New' and a Register Action of 'Register' and are linked to a quote Account, i.e. there are no linked Clients and the only linked Account(s) is a quote.


New Zealand
These items will not be registered as they do not pass the validation (at least one debtor is required on the Financing Statement).
A Financing Statement requires at least one debtor when creating the registration. Linked Clients are included as debtors. Clients from linked accounts that are open are included as debtors.

Australia
Whether a grantor is specified on a registration is dependent on the collateral class of the item being registered
If a grantor was not required on the registration these items could have been registered. There is a new validation check for all Security Statements to ensure there is one linked Client or at least one linked Account that is open before an item can be registered.
