Account Financial page; Current Balance on Summary may show incorrectly after reversing a Disbursement

On the Account Financial page the Current Balance in the summary block may show incorrectly after reversing a Disbursement made to the Account.

The Disbursement and corresponding payment are normally hidden from the summary because they cancel each other out, ie the debit equals the credit. However, reversing the Disbursement also hides the disbursement reversal (as its a reversed transaction) and they no longer cancel each other out. Therefore disbursements are only hidden if debits equal credits.

In addition, and more importantly, a change has been made to the Disbursement Reversal function to reset the Transaction's source to better handle reversals.

A Disbursement Reversal for a Disbursement paid to the "Account" now resets the Withdrawal's source to "Disbursement Adjustment". This means the withdrawal is now treated more like a normal withdrawal, ie it is not hidden on the Account Summary as it doesn't have the original Disbursement to cancel it out.
