Reporting; Workflow List report; Columns and parameters deprecated

The Workflow List report was found to have inconsistently named columns. The following columns have been flagged as 'deprecated' meaning that they will still work with Report Templates and saved settings but have been superceded by a column with a different name:

• Balance -> AccountBalance
• Overdue -> AccountBalanceOverdue
• MonitorCategoryAId -> AccountMonitorCategoryAId
• MonitorCategoryBId -> AccountMonitorCategoryBId
• MonitorCategoryCId -> AccountMonitorCategoryCId

The 'Layout' page on the Report Templates form will now display a warning icon and message if the Report Template is using a 'deprecated' column.

The following parameters have also been deprecated:

• IncludeColumns -> IncludeColumnsWorkflow & IncludeColumnsAccounts

Splitting the Workflow and Account columns into different lists simplifies the interface, especially if Workflows become available for items other than Accounts.
