Invoicing wizard; new option to show Charge lookup form instead of dropdown list of charges

There is a new option to show the Charge lookup form instead of the dropdown list of charges in the Invoicing wizard.

The option is defined under Tools, Options, Accounting page "Show Charge lookup instead of dropdown list?".
