NZ EDI; onset of death cannot contain text like "1.5 months"

The NZ EDI file specifications only allow certain text in fields.

The "onset of death" fields cannot contain text, specifically A-Z, a-z and 0-9, with decimal places, eg "1.5 months". In this example you should enter "one and a half months".

This means the table and page "CAUSE" need updating to increase the length of the onset fields from 10 to 20 characters.

In addition the EDI Export document now checks the text held in onset fields to make sure it only contains valid text.
