Task Manager; Changes to other Users' folders are not saved

In the Task Manager, a Workflow Supervisor User can edit the folders of any Users which they are the Supervisor to (if they have the 'TaskManager.EditUserFolders' Permission).

In certain circumstances, these changes were not saved.
