Reporting; Details Reports; Some sub-reports not printing correct information, display previous record's details

Some sub-reports on Details reports were not printing the correct information, they were displaying the previous record's details.

The following sub-reports have been corrected:

• Client Group Details - Individual Statistics
• Client Group Details - Organisation Statistics
• Client Type Details - Tax Categories
• Decision Card Details - Permission
• Document Details - Parameters
• Document Details - Permission
• Element Details - Authorisation
• External Party Details - Commission
• Information List Details - List
• Parameter Set Details - Parameters
• Product Type Details - Account Roles
• Product Type Details - Account Types

Other formatting issues in many of the above reports have also been fixed and sections that contained no records will now always display if the User has opted to include that section (providing it is applicable to the record).

Many reports such as Product Type Details, Account Roles now display a grouped grid of items and only list those items flagged as 'Available' on the form.
